I went to a classic car meet the other day, they have it every saturday night by my house.

This time though they had 8 Deloreans lined up. It was pretty cool.

    No.

    Gas mileage dawg.

(I wanted to, but let's be real fair, I was buying a car to sit in beltway traffic in. It took me 46 minutes this morning to go 19 miles and that was relatively light. It would have been a complete waste of money. However, the 4 cyl is somewhat peppy, so it's not all bad)

Oh, if anyone is planning on getting an 08 WRX, DO NOT. They added 65 HP and the STI suspension to the '09s and the cost is the same. So in other words, if you've bought an 08, sell it and get the 09.

What's so bad about RWD cars in inclement weather? I drive my RWD car on very rainy and hail covered roads all the time in winter, and I much prefer it over my girlfriends FWD car in those conditions. It's an older car too. No traction control or stability control, whereas her car has all that.

I'm just being rather picky I guess, it just reminded me when the alfa was posted. The similarities I thought of before looking at the pictures were: the rear, side and lights.

I suppose I'm being picky too, I just get riled up by people saying "zomg those are exactly the same as those". It happens a lot here, because the Ford vs. Holden thing rots peoples minds...

Now that I look at the two pictures closer, I can see that the windscreens are very similar shapes and orientations, and the doorhandles and reliefs are also very similar, notwithstanding the Porsche having black pulls and the Alfa using chrome pulls...

My first car was a 1986 Nissan Sentra. It was a piece of shit when I got it, and it died after I had owned it for 6 months.

First car was a 1986 635 CSI BMW. Problem with it was that the odometer was broken at 386,000 miles (says a bit about how the car's reliability was). It once broke down on the way to take care of someone's cats, luckily that was in residential area and I was able to park it. Second time it died, after it was supposedly fixed, was in an intersection right by my college. I caused a nice backup and got calls from people asking if it was me.

Current car is a 1988 Mercedes 190e 2.3l. I like it for the German emblem my dad put on the grill long ago and the euro headlights he bought for it.

As for your decision can you give some details on budget? Or are you pretty set on choosing one of those 3?

    up thread 8-)

butters, the G37 is fucking sweet. But if you're willing to deal with the CVT and don't need RWD, the Maxima is just as luxurious, cheaper, and bigger.

Also take a look at the V6 Hyundai Genesis, and the Pontiac G8.
