You can't silence an idea by making it illegal. Making it illegal just makes matyrs who shout it louder.
You fight bad ideas with education.
And bullets.

Right. You save the bullets for the bad people. Hopefully the education portion makes the bullets unnecessary.

Anyway, my point is that ANY death is bad, it is just that some time it is a nessecary evil.
There is no real distinction between idea and action in the political world. You're not making martyrs if all you're doing is not allowing them to use those ideas in a political context.

To use your example, Naziism is much more than kill the jews. It's an inherently political idea and you can't cut it apart.
I'm not a fan of politics, in general.
On a pragmatic level, I would ban any party that supports incitement of violence towards the nation's own people. I think we can all agree there, no?
