I'd opt to lose the food. The fuel loss would hurt us more I think.

    You ready for this, DA?

Here's the plan. I will XO you to run to communications, and run the ship away from the raiders. You STAY THERE, so we can XO you to do it twice and such in a single turn, etc. If the raiders are not threatening any civilian ships and it would take 2 or more raider activations to kill it, then we XO starbuck to take the centurion, or we scout the crisis deck.

If we're hellishly lucky, we might dodge the raiders long enough to jump.

Actually, with your disadvantage, I think it would just be more prudent to go there myself. That way baltar could not sabotage one of our turns by moving to comm.

I will move to communications myself and activate it, moving the 5 o'clock civilian ship to 3 o'clock.

    A) Skill Check [12] Tactics + Piloting
    Pass: +1 Fuel

Turn 32: Lee "Apollo" Adama (Darian)

Receive Skills Step: Darian draws 1 Piloting and 1 Engineering card.
Movement Step: Remain in Cylon Fleet Location.
Action Step: Activate Heavy Raiders (and Centurions).

The Centurion on the Boarding Track advances to step 3 - two more steps to Cylon victory.
The Heavy Raider at port-quarter (5 o'clock) deposits its payload of Centurions (step 1).
The Heavy Raider at the fore of Galactica (9 o'clock) moves to the port-bow, ready to board.
The two Heavy Raiders in the starboard-quarter (1 o'clock) swing to the aft of Galactica (3 o'clock).

Lee Adama continues to squeeze in the human fleet, bringing the Centurions further into Galactica and more Heavy Raiders closer to depositing their payloads.

Which do we consider more important at the moment, taking out some of those raiders and stalling them in place, or attempting to take out the centurions? I can potentially make a large dent in the number of raiders this turn since they're right there at one of the launch spots.

Oh, and I'll take a leadership.

If Maddoc activates Heavy Raiders it takes only a single bad card draw for us to lose. If Darian follows him the card draws (and jumps) are irrelevant. Though Rend's opinion is probably worth hearing on this.

Assuming Civilian ship B isn't empty, we're 2 raider activations away from losing. We're also 2 heavy raider activations away from losing. From what I understand, raider activations are much more common than heavy raider activations. Either way, it's only 2 activations. (I'm discounting entirely the possibility that those 9 raiders fail to kill the single viper that is currently holding them back.)

Alright, I'm just going to go with it. I can do some serious damage in a viper at the moment, but am lacking the tools to help myself take down a centurion.

Moving to the Hangar Deck and activating it to launch myself at 5 o'clock. I will then play Piloting 3 to shoot at 4 of these nasty raiders.

Turn 33: Kara "Starbuck" Thrace (abotkin)

Receive Skills Step: abotkin draws 2 Tactics, 2 Piloting, and 1 Leadership card.
Movement Step: Move to Hangar Bay.
Action Step: Launch Viper to port-quarter and play Piloting 3 to deliver Maximum Firepower to the Raiders.

    Attack 1: 4 > 3, Raider destroyed.
    Attack 2: 4 > 3, Raider destroyed.
    Attack 3: 3 > 3, Raider destroyed.
    Attack 4: 2 < 3, Raider missed.

Starbuck, concerned with the continued attacks of the Raiders, pilots the last able Viper into the swarm and shoots down three in short order.

    Crisis Step: Riots

Admiral William Adama (Rend) must choose:
    A) -1 Food, -1 Morale
    OR
    B) -1 Population, -1 Fuel

After Crisis: Activate Basestars, Advance Jump Preparation
