holy shit i found earthbound for $3

so yeah, i regular goodwill and the salvation army. sometimes, these places have gamez. sometimes they are old or hard to find gamez.
like today, i stumbled upon a stack of SNES titles, at $3 apiece:
earthbound
super street fighter 2
megaman X2/X3
and a few assorted sports games left untouched

seeing as how i also just bought a SNES there 2 months ago for $15, now i am going to enjoy more than super mario world over and over.
(also i mean, how hard is earthbound to find...)

so, where do you find your gaming treasures? do you yard sail or frequent flea markets?
or do you just shell out online for your prized games?
and what have is your most FAVORITESTEST game evar?

great find! earthbound is great. for $3 it's amazing. i had to pay $30 for secret of mana 2 weeks ago :| but it was worth it.

my friend told me about the deal on craiglist, but i have been wanting to check out flea markets for a very long time.

Yeah, for $3 that was an awesome find. I paid $20 US for it, and it was the Japanese version.

For my finds, I found Shadowrun Genesis, Soul Calibur and RE: CV for the Dreamcast for $4 each at a Value Villiage. Sometimes Value Villiage is great for old PC titles too.

Also found Mario Party 1-3, Yoshi's Story, Killer Instinct Gold, Harvest Moon Back to Nature, Yoshi's Story, and Megaman 64 for $1 each at a Blockbuster. They were just clearing them out too.

I once saw Ultima 1 through 8 for £2 at a car boot sale. I've never so much as installed them, but I figured I'd better be safe and get em anyway.

I remeber finding dungeons and dragons dragonstryke for 6$ at some game shop. Its a Top down dragon shooter. Its awesome. Best dragons shooter ever.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DragonStrike_(computer_game)

Finding the game for sale is the hard part.

I found a dreamcast keyboard new for 50% off at my workplace, paid something like 12 or 20$ for it. I kinda wish I could adapt it to a PC- p/s2 slot or USB and use it as my gaming keyboard.

My favorite was a 40$ dreamcast joystick for 6$ which I'll probably end up modifying into a 360 arcade stick.

I bought a copy of Earthbound for 55$ at a local comic book shop. Granted it's not the cheapest buy ever, but considering I was working out a deal with a coworker for 120$ for his copy, it was pretty cheap to me.

Oh, and I also got these other SNES games for free from my Aunt who claimed they were all garbage:

    Super Metroid
    Secret Of Mana
    Donkey Kong Country 1/2
Zelda: A Link To The Past
    Super Street Fighter 2
    Super Mario All Stars
    Super Mario World
    Harvest Moon
    Yoshi's Island

And many more. But those are the games that stick out.
