Yup. I work on a passenger ferry and see first hand regularly what happens when you try to make as neutral of a menu as possible. "Bleh" is an apt way to describe it. Trying to accommodate every single variety of vegetarian diet is also an easy trip down into Cthulhu grade madness. With that said here is the updated menu!

I believe in the coffee steak and it being a potentially awesome dish. However, I did ask Andy about swapping in a more substantial vegetarian entree and this is what he suggested.

Passion Fruit Fusion - Field & spinach greens with Maracuja vinaigrett topped with seasonal berries, mandarin orange, shallots, walnuts and feta

Steamed Basmati Rice - Light and fragrant

Brazilian slow roasted marinaterd chicken breast with tomato, ginger, coconut and jalapeno sauce

Steak N' Coffee - Coffee marinated flat iron steaks char grilled with cracked pepper and topped with fresh spices and herbs

Spinach & Pasta - Spinach and Ricotta filled jumbo shells in a rich marinara sauce with a touch of cream

Also, due to requests from at least one person who can kick me out of bed and apparently a certain house elf who can definitely beat my ass, the Watermelon dish from last year is making a reappearance. We get a free thing of fruit for having seven items so huzzah for that.
