Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

I'm just glad the waiting is over.

I only had a day in 2012 & last year had a week but both times the weather was really nice. I think it rained on the thursday before pax but after that was sunny and warm every day

Oh my goodness I was just reminded of the torrential downpour last year when my group was trying to get to Seattle... Traffic was horrible and there was a Seahawks game that day.

whats the weather like in Seattle when it PAX comes around every year?

It varies. Best to just bring something for any weather and dress in layers. Also to check the forecasts when it gets closer.

And that there's no way tickets would ever go on sale before 9 AM Pacific

No one knows that for sure. "No way" implies certainty. We all just have to be patient. :/

Aww come on. That was a pretty good laugh for a tense, F5'ing Tuesday morning. :p

If someone (a lurker or a brand new attendee-to-be) were to believe what Dreamwriter had written and base their planning off of that and lost out on their chance for tickets, they would be incredibly upset. Also there were no indicators that Dreamwriter would be joking around; no emoticons, no "lol".. It is not good to claim to know things "on good authority" when you obviously do not.

I don't want anyone to lose out on their fair chance to try and get tickets.
