You just move to the next digit like how you have to go from 9 to 10 in base 10. err maybe what jebus said. I'm tired and am supposed to be watching movies. Sssso..... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, etc.? No, if it was base 5 it would be 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 30... 0 counts as a digit for purposes of what base a numeral system is.
