Well, then, I've got 3 ranks of steal and one of the skill that says it boosts my lockpicking. I had assumed that since it said that it made me better at picking locks, and I could pick locks without it, it wasn't actually necessary to pick locks. Either way, I'm left with 3 ranks of steal and no way to use them.

I tried stealing from that bartender in the harbour near mage tower, got some weird little dragon doll (chinese looking one) with a long ass info screen about being a cursed object that would always end up with thieves, and would always be the end of them, a little touch, but I thought that was hilarious.

I'm really loving this game, I'm playing my Warrior right now and I'm at Level 12 on him, going to pick up Shale. Trying to decide if I'll tackle Flemeth or wait on that a bit longer. Definitely doing the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest no matter what though. I got myself Starfang, which is the only positive thing I took away from Warden's Keep, and Yasaris the Dragonslayer, which is such a bad ass sword. I was honestly expecting a generic model rehash but when I equipped it and saw it was the sword from the Menu Screen I was overjoyed! Can't wait to fight some Dragon's with it!

Man, I just finished the game, normal difficulty all the way through, playing as a chaotic good self-sacrificing human dagger rogue(who did 45% of party damage). Final time is just under 70 hours, with about 90% of the sidequests done. After that ending I just want to go and read a book somewhere quiet, it's the kind of thing that's just hard to follow up on. I had planned to go back to a few saves at branches of the final ending, but I just don't have it in me after that.
