I hate having pets die. They're like your kids, y'know?
Actually, I think pets dying / being put to sleep is actually WORSE than kids or humans dying for some reason. I don't know why. I used to work at a Vet's office in HS (just cleaning cages, bathing the animals, walking them, etc). Every once in a while I had to assist in surgeries. One day, there was this really old dog that we had to put to sleep. He was a big old guy and he looked so nice and friendly. I had to hold him down after the Vet gave him the Ketamine shot because they twitch for a little while after they get the shot. It was really sad.
*sigh* Guess what? Human infants are also typically born with blue eyes, then the pigment changes as they get older and the associated alleles express unless they have the alleles for retaining blue irises. You know, it would be great if you could somehow search for information like this on some kind of worldwide computer network so you could answer your own question. That assumes that you actually care as much as you pretend to.
One time, I had a friend over to play a bit of Red Alert on my LAN. During the game he said he needed to go to the bathroom, so we paused it. After about 10 minutes of wondering where the hell he went, I get up and go to check on him.
Turns out he was trying to screw my dog.

Once I was taking a poop at a restaurant and a kid crept underneath the door into my stall. I let out a big fart and then he threw up all over the floor in front of me and I just stared at him.
