The Karma Terminal has called and thus you have come to this thread. If you are interested in engaging in this experiement, please register with the following syntax:

Before signing up, please note the following:
- For this iteration of the Karma Terminal's ongoing project, 25 participants will be accepted - no more and no less - and the Karma Temple reserves the right to reject any registration attempt based on certain criteria. Activity is important in this game and the Karma Temple will reject the registration attempts of those that have been inactive in previous phallas. This is to ensure that the Karma Terminal receives sufficient and, hopefully, abundant data. Feel free to register but priority will be given to those who have a history of fair to high activity. In short, please do not register at the Karma Terminal unless you can guarantee a moderate level of activity.
- Inactivity is not an option. People are expected to converse in the thread and all private actions are required every night. Anyone not issuing their private directives will have their registration deleted from the terminal. Inactive data may be overwritten by reserve data only for the first night. In short, please do not register at the Karma Terminal unless you can guarantee a moderate level of activity.
- There is no good and evil. The only morality in the Junkyard is to survive. To kill or be killed. To eat or be eaten. To endure and to live or to fail and to die. There are multiple factions present and only one goal: survive. There is no village, everyone will have abilities to use.
- The Karma Terminal has rewritten and revised some of its own processes, so while some scant knowledge of Shin Megami Tensei or Digital Devil Saga in particular will be handy, the Karma Temple admits that many familiar elements may exhibit behavior unlike that present in the source universe or in previous iterations of the Digital Devil Phalla experiement. Please do not feel that it is necessary to have played Digital Devil Saga to register for this, and do not feel that this game will spoil anything in the games for you either.
- This is an experiment and an attempt to collect data to refine future Karma Temple projects, to refine internal operations and processes, and to evolve this experiment into new iterations. That said, you will be provided with en enjoyable experience including, but not limited to, the following: mayhem, death, destruction, love, and squalor. The Karma Temple thanks you in advance for subjecting yourselves to this experience and will do everything in its power (while still maintaining 100% operational integrity, of course) to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants. That is, of course, until you die.
- I am signing certain people up based on their past interest and my promise to include them. I'm also reserving a couple of slots just in case I forgot someone. As such, there are only 20 open slots.
Other rules:
- No images allowed. At all.
- The dead may not speak to the living. Period. No goodbye posts. When you die, you are dead and are no longer a participant in the experiment.
- You may NOT share role information with anyone publicly or privately unless otherwise specified by the Karma Temple.
- You may NOT share faction information with anyone publicly or privately unless otherwise specified by the Karma Temple.
Game cycle:
- In standard phalla tradition, each day will consist of 24 real time hours, ending at 10PM EST.
- Day One begins on Sunday after role PMs go out and the Digital Devil Phalla vol. 2 game thread goes up. Day One ends on Monday at 10PM EST.
- All special actions and votes will be accepted up to 10PM EST, and anything after that will be ignored.
- All actions will occur simultaneously or nearly-simultaneously (i.e. protective abilities trump attack abilities by a nanosecond); you will find out more about this in the actual game thread.
- All roles will be randomized once the registration database has been filled to capacity.
