- RNG is the commonly used abbreviation for "Random Number Generation".
- Many players commonly resort to RNG to select a vote target, especially on Day 1.
- No one ever actually knows whether they simply pick a target and are just saying they're using RNG.
- RNG is sometimes used by the Game Master to determine who dies in a vote tie.
- A good website that provides web-based RNG tools is : http://www.random.org/

I always just picked one at random by closing my eyes and pointing at the list on the screen!
By default it is left up to usin' a RNG to decide who dies in the event of a vote tie. In larger phallas the vote may take out multiple targets, but more often than not it's the former policy.
