Thankfully losing weight is easy since muscle burns fat, you gain more and more momentum and it's all gone. Another 2-3 months of hard work and going to the gym consistently and I could get rid of it.

Riding your bike to work is a great way to lose weight, along with the dietary changes somebody mentioned earlier. It gets easier after the first month or so as well, I started last November and lost 13-14 kg in the first 3-4 months, and have maintained it since then. It's also great because it gives me time to listen to music and podcasts which I wouldn't get around to listening to otherwise.

it's been 4 hours fall off the wagon yet, you fat ham fuck I've been riding my bike for a week now, It's been more than a few hours. However, screwing around with Google maps I just realized I can shave almost a mile off the trip County A (7th St) is a real pain in the ass with a huge hill, but everything after that is flat. On the other hand County G (Wood Road) Has rolling hills every 50 feet with no shoulder. I think I'll keep taking the longer route.

A dietary change needs to be eating healthy, not just not eating. Also, why stick with just the bike? That's probably a bad idea too. Best case scenario, you lose 30lbs but have massive legs and little upper body strength. Hit the gym, work out your entire body. You'll lose more than 30lbs easy and you'll look great with muscle all over.

Also, one of the most inspirational threads I've ever read is the "Post your transformations" thread on Something Awful. Overweight people posting before/after pictures is pretty awe inspiring but so is really skinny people with no muscle posting before/after pictures.
