Pretty well, actually. I've been tracking my progress pretty steadily and noticed a very consistent improvement, but my diet is still shit so I haven't seen much physical growth or weight gain.
I realized I forgot to eat this weekend. I had like a candy bar and that was it. But I was fuckin' hungry on monday, terribly so and I realized I didn't eat at all this weekend

i read through it, and i remember adding barbell row and reverse pull-up in february. i've changed pullover rows to t-bar because i can't be bothered to fight momentum at that point in the routine. i also added two sets of mid-wide grip chinups as first exercice on the back routine, to add some span to my lats and help out with definition.
for legs, i added leg press after squat, doing 'one and a halves' with medium weight. i alternate leg press with stiff-legged deadlifts.
overall, i've gained about 5 lbs (now am 203), and my body fat has to be around 17%. legs look okay, but my back is pretty good.
I finished my strawberry flavour and opened vanilla flavour today. It tastes ok but it smells like an ugly hat.
Strawberry is the best.
I'd take vanilla over the chocolate.
I hope they don't run out of strawberry.

i've been lifting with a friend for a little over a month now. he is like 7 inches taller than me and did football and shit in high school, so he is way ahead of what i can lift. but it is good motivation to have a friend to work out with.
I'm also running a minimum of 2 miles before each work-out session, which is usually about 16-ish minutes of running, though if I have the time I'll do more.
And after each workout session on M,W,F I do an hour and a half of TKD practice.
Since I've started doing this, I've lost about 5 pounds and have gained a fair bit of upper body muscle(mostly in the arms).
My only regret is that I'm graduating in a few weeks, and I won't be able to use any work out facilities for awhile.(job and money reasons)
