I would say that Joe's Overall Performance rates in at a Pea Green though with some practice he could bring it up to a Fuscia! Joe will need to study alot of Alex Shelley tape before he makes it up to Fuscia or higher, personally I think he'll peak at a sunburst yellow. Worst case scenario is that TNA will continue to drain his will to live and he'll drop back down to a cool mint green, maybe even a nutmeg brown if things go really badly.
