Welcome, designers, to Phashion Phalla! I am Tim Gunn, and I will be your guide in this exciting competition that will pit your wits and fashion sense against each other!
Each day, you will be issued a challenge. You will have until 9PM PST to submit a picture of your design to IreneDAdler. Any type of image will be accepted, be it a handdrawn picture, an MSPaint doodle, a picture from real-life, or a Google image search. Your submissions will be posted in that night's narration, and your fellow designers will vote who's !in and who’s !out. Any ties will be broken by RNG. The loser will leave the competition, and the winner will receive immunity for that day.
Just like in any other business, however, not everyone is what they seem, and some will do just about anything to get ahead. So keep your needle and your wits about you, because you might need both!
Now, let’s move on to your first challenge. As you know, Queen Amidala is a bit of a fashion maven:
Your first challenge is to design a gown for her to wear to the next Senate session. While designing her outfit, you may want to consider how your design could both command attention and inspire respect, so that the outfit may help the queen to win the hearts of the Senators.

There will be no voting on the first day, as, well, there is nothing to vote on yet. Feel free to post your works in progress for feedback, though. Or make snarky comments about the other designers.

Standard phalla rules apply. Vote for the winner in lime, loser in red, and retract in Aqua.
Picture submissions may be slightly NSFW, but use common sense and don't submit goatse or anything. Make sure that wherever your picture is being hosted is a clean site; rehost it on photobucket or something if you're not sure. Also, try to keep your pictures down to a reasonable size. 500x500 is the recommended size. No bitmaps, please. H-scroll rapage and 2MB files are bad, mkay?
To speed up the making of the submissions post, please make your submissions in the following format:

Obviously, since this is a fashion game, commenting on other people's submission is at least half the fun, but try to avoid mean-spirited remarks. Play nice, people!

1) No, it doesn't have to be in color. I am actually placing very little restrictions on the image itself. Just try to imagine what will make people vote for you.
