The Surgeon needs to be able to put the literal screws to someone. Either pinning enemies in place or a damage over time effect were what I was thinking off the rip, but this sounds less tactical than that.
Have you considered a physical therapist as a monk analogue?
I was considering that sort of pinning as like, the theater nurse with clamps and forceps and retractors, moving enemies or keeping them in place to set up others. But also yeah, probably not going that tactical with my plans, so I'm not sure if that would actually make the cut.
I have not because I hate monks. Technically I guess that means that I have, but I hate monks so I stopped thinking about it.
