Hi! Remember this post? Mad Freezepop fan from the UK urgently seeking tickets to PAX? I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who offered me advice, tried to match me up with someone selling a pass, or offered me passes. In the end I didn't need to buy one because Freezepop freaked out when they heard I was flying over, said "holy crapp! that probably wins the award for THE furthest distance anyone has traveled to one of our shows.", and got me a guest pass 
. But it wasn't certain until I was able to make contact with Liz Enthusiasm on Friday. So I want to thank the person who was holding on to a pass for me in case I did need it, and everyone else who sent me supportive emails and PMs. I also want to say hello to everyone I saw during the 4 hours or so that I spent helping out on Freezepop's merchandise stall. If you wondered who that strange person who wasn't part of the band or their management team was, it was ME!
Freezepop at PAX was an amazing experience and I am so glad I could be there. I really appreciate all the time I got to spend hanging out with the band and especially with Kasson (The Duke), who's retiring from the band to focus on his career at Harmonix. (It's so bittersweet - he's retiring from my favourite band to carry on making my favourite video game series!). I heard quite a few exciting things that I can't possibly talk about with regard to Rock Band, hehe.
