I reinstalled Vista and now its not working correctly.

I did a format and reinstall. Now its doing the same thing it did before but went away when I got service pack two. I updated everything and I am getting browser lag and when I move around windows they span all over the place..

    I am pretty sure it is because Aeroglass is not working correctly.

    Well, I found the problem but I don't understand it. For whatever reason Windows Basic causes performance issues.

    Did you remember to install your video card drivers? Screen updates and scrolling will be slow without them.

    What he said, go to nvidia/ati/intel/etc website and download the latest graphics drivers for your graphics chipset/card.
