Yay, it's Batman on the PC day! It looks like it doesn't unlock for 6 hours for some silly reason, though.

I still haven't decided if I want to wait until next month when I buy a PS3, or get it now for the pc.

    Dear Rocksteady,

I'm sure that once you guys get back from vacation, you will tasked with a sequel. That's fantastic, I look forward to it. It's obvious that you guys respect franchises, so could you do me a solid? Get in touch with Lucasarts and make me kickass rock-solid Indiana Jones game. I'll take you out to IHOP if you do. Thanks!

    Love Ceno

They might have to do some extra coding for the PC version. I'm assuming there'll be the ability to use the 360 pad?

Extra coding to change a text call-out? I expect gamepad support, but I won't assume it will be the default expected controll setup.

    You people.

For the longest time people kept looking at other games and saying "this company should do a batman game", "this game is pretty good but it would be more fun if I was batman"

Now we basically got that batman game. After years of hardship and toil. And you want them to make Indiana Jones? That would be kind of cool.

Well Indy has about as speckled a gaming history as Batman does

He had what, Fate of Atlantis? Last Crusade? And that was it

If anyone could make a great Indy game it's the people who made a great Batman game

Actually, maybe they should do a Superman game first, that motherfucker deserves a good game

By 'go down' I meant hit the floor, not fall unconscious, I guess. Still, the lunatics stay stunned long enough you can turn your attention to anyone else in the vicinity and floor them, then takedown if there's an opportunity, so on, so forth.

And yes, handing Rocksteady the Indy license would seem to be a very promising idea.

Man, I just want them to make a sequel featuring a lot of the villains that didn't make it into this game. Maybe make Batman deal with a "gang war" between the goons for Two-Face, Penguin, the Ventriloquist, etc. Throw in some additional rogues like Catwoman (maybe a little Solomon Grundy as well) and I'd be happy.

Hell, you could do more Riddler-clue profiles for characters that didn't make the first game (Robin, Nightwing, Man-Bat, Azrael).

I'm relatively sure it's impossible to do a good Indiana Jones game that actually captures the feel of Indiana Jones. Even Fate of Atlantis, which is a good game in its own right, does not feel like Indiana Jones.

You'd pretty much have to make a game full of awesome escape/chase sequences.

Also you'd have to take cover in a refrigerator to avoid a nuclear blast. Wish all those families in the '50s knew that! All that money on bomb shelters...wasted...

I'd say any game that used the Buffy the Vampire Slayer engine would be at least enjoyable to play. The Collective did good, if limited, work with it.

I played the hell out of both of them and wish they'd appear on Live. Emperor's Tomb did a good job of making you feel like you should apply to fucking Mensa after solving the simplest of puzzles by liberally using the Raiders theme. They did cut corners on Indy by giving him the exact same ultimate weapon that was in Buffy. Too bad the Collective has gone up in flames. (or am I wrong about that?)

I beleive the Collective became part of Double Helix at some point @ 2006-7. Double Helix did the latest Silent Hill and looks to be working on a new Front Mission.
