I remember walking in there, standing in the middle waiting for something to happen, got tired of waiting, so I started punching. I didn't know there was an achievement involved so it was nice to get one when the dust settled.

I just punched the closest one in the face and went from there.
I salute you!
It felt pretty good after the previous boss fight.
Am I the only one who let them live? I'm under the impression that more people should wear party hats and cheer for Batman, so I left them alone. And I'm perfectly happy with my decision.

I got about halfway in before I decided I better punch them before they punch me.
That fight wasn't too bad. By the time I finished hard the only real difficult thing I had was the elevator Titan because of the tiny area you were in, everything else was easy.
It would have been interesting if, in addition to the Party Pooper achievement, there was also one for just walking through. That way, you get one or the other.
I loves the cheevements. I needs them, though I rarely farm them if I don't get them on a normal playthrough. RE5 is the only game I've 100 percented. I only have about 6700 GS. I play my Wii too much I guess.
I did all the Riddler stuff to see how it ended, and the Arkham bits as part of that. I did all the challenges to 3 bats to see if I could, and all of a sudden I'd got 1000/1000. I think the fact that the game gave me reason to want to 100% it without me realising I was 100%'ing it shows how well made it is.
And Achievements I can take or leave really. Multiplayer only achievements can DIAF though.
Wow. A 12 day vacation plus a little time playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and my Batman skills have gone to shit. I'm still missing Shock and Awe Extreme and Rumble in the Jungle Extreme. I did just awful when I loaded it up a few minutes ago.
Something like that happened to me to. Didn't play any games for a few weeks, downloaded the new chellenge maps, and then proceeded to suck it up hardcore.

I sort of wish that there was an endless combat challenge room where you're just trying to survive for as long as possible.
I'm pretty sure one of the DLC maps is like that, there's a nice steady flow of lunatics.
I'd like that map a lot more if it weren't for the lunatics. They can only be taken out with a Ground Pound, otherwise they keep coming back. If they were just lots of normal dudes it would appeal to me more.
Hey guys, I finally got a chance to play this game (friend's copy). I know it's already been talked about to death, but the combat is so visceral and I like it. I know Batman doesn't kill, but what are his views on crippling someone so hard they'd wish they had been killed? I hear the shattering of bones.
And another point... the guys he beats are labeled "unconscious" but they never get up. They never recover. No one is going to give them medical attention. Those fuckers are dead.
batman most certainly kills several people in this game, or at least has the intent to kill. Batclawing a guy off a ledge is pretty dangerous, I'd think.

Not in the DCU. People only die if you see them disintegrate or bleed out on the page.

That's not what Batman would do at all.
Batman hates people having fun.

Satans..... hints.....
I did the same, but when I got to the other end, I turned around and batclawed the nearest 3 and let the real party begin.

That's kind of what Dem Bones is, 'cept it's one hit and you're done.
