I've just hooked up my brand spanking new iPod, and I'm converting a few videos using the software included. Unfortunately, there's a problem;
I'm losing the audio. The video comes through fine, brilliant quality, but the audio is gone. It's like it's on mute. I've tried the normal iPod software and something called Videora Converter, but nothing works.
What's going on?
Update: A few files have come through with sound; others without. This is very odd.
