My intranet is being lame? ='(fixed)

So like, my internets are messed. Whenever I try to download anything, the download freezes in an arbitrary place. Also, whenever I try to play some AoC, I can never connect to peoples' games. I tried turning DMZ setting on/off but it doesn't seem to do anything. This has only been happening as of late, so I'm wondering what I can do to get things to go back to the way they were. I didn't install anything, as far as I know.

I'm using cable, btw.

    Just so you know don't use intranet as a sort of silly way of saying internet as intranet is a real thing.
