Bank of America, CampusEdge, and PayPal

Does anyone have experience moving money from a BoA Campus Edge account to a Paypal account? I know Paypal can send money to it (since they did for validation), but I don't know if it'll work the other way.

BoA's helpdesk was less than helpful with its generic instructions for adding an account for transfer, but I suspect that PA's hive mind can provide an answer for this specific situation.

    with Bank of America

99% of the time it's going to save you hours of headache and annoyance if you just go and ask them in person

If your checking account is verified, I believe that you just have to make a transfer through PayPal. Meaning that (I believe) you just need to ensure that the account is verified with PayPal, and that PayPal should do the actual transfer. I haven't worked with PayPal for awhile, so this is up for verification.

My (probably irrational) concern was that a CampusEdge account might have some wacky restriction on it since they made such a big deal about all the freeness (including the one free screwup).

    Understood.

That may help. "Transfer limits" may be what you're looking for, but I am unsure if that means external transfers or only internal from your account.

PayPal will simply charge the account like any other purchase, in my (old) experience. Unless you're getting fees on a per-transaction basis, you should be fine.

I've been charged by GoDaddy and my web host without troubles, so if that's how they do it, it should work.

    Thanks. :)
