Bestbuy Music Card Woes

So yeah, I got a $15 Bestbuy Music giftcard download recently and I decided I would like to maybe, you know, use my gift card. Just FYI, Bestbuy decided to partner with Rhapsody for this service. I scratch off the gray stuff and type in the pin, download the Bestbuy Rhapsody thing that you need to use to download, and what happens? Well first, it is slow as hell. Next, If I am to click an artist, 8 times out of ten I get internet explorer script errors where it asks if you want to run scripts and no matter if you click yes or no, it continues to pop up over and over and then eventually crash. The few times it actually works I get to the Artist's page and it will say 'Sorry, this song is not available to download." Even Trans Siberian Orchestra which has the most downloads and is #1 on the Artists list has apperantly no songs to download from time to time. So then I go search in the search box on the top and search for all different kinds of artists and most of them produce incorrect results. Anyways, like twice, I actually got to add a song to my playlist to which then I clicked to Buy/download and then I get a popup window, saying please wait, and then goes blank. :|

Anybody else having issues with Rhapsody or any of these Bestbuy Music Cards.... I have already contacted Bestbuy via email on this one, and then I find out that because I already scratched off the fucking gray stuff on the code, they cannot take back the card! God, wtf, am I screwed or what?

Honestly, if you make a big enough deal of it they'll cancel the card and probably give you a regular gift card or store credit.

I wouldn't advise doing it tomorrow (Xmas + 1 and all the returns and oh god) but definitely go in this week and talk to a manager about it. There's very little that physically *can't* do. If you just be polite and calm and explain the entire situation, I'm sure they can remedy it.

This is just dandy, I closed the damn program, and came back to it about jsut now, and I go to login, and it says Account does not exist! Seriously, this is just insane. I made sure typing everything in went okay, the email is right, the password is the same! God Dammit! And I know that Best Buy is going to do something stupid like blame the MP3 player (which isn't even plugged into the damn computer)...
