My handwriting sucks. Fairly bad. Anybody got anything that's targeted for adults trying to fix it? I've found plenty of stuff for kids and a few vague tips for adults. Nothing that takes a ground level approach, which it looks like I need. Cause when I say bad, I mean BAD.

what helped for me was slowing down and actively thinking about what i want my letters to look like at first.. It becomes a habit if you mind it long enough... Because bad handwriting just means that you're not paying attention to the actual shape of the letters.. I switched from cursive to print to make it more legible..
I like to think of it as "drawing my letters" instead of writing them... superslow at first, bit readable..
Even my cursive is getting better, now that i'm in the habit of slowing down..

I can only write only with a pencil for the most part if someone is to read what I wrote. the friction of the pencil slows me down and I can do it neatly.
I've got terrible handwriting (Really bad, to the point where sometimes I can't read what I wrote) and what helps me for doing things like in-class essays and what not is writing slow, as has already been offered offered by Glad Hatter
You know what each letter looks like, just make it as you're going. There isn't much that can really help aside from maybe hiring a tutor to help you, but its much easier to just do it on your own and practice taking your time making each letter.
