Let's play Diablo III..er, I mean Titan Quest!

Maybe the problem is that you're not in my butt.
Overall I'd say it's still worth the $5 and most people won't have problems. However if you do have problems, be prepared to wait for a response.
Have you tried through school? Even CC's can get discounted student editions and if yours doesn't just wait till you start at UW you might even get it for free.
I just don't have the cash to get a copy and Vista works fine enough as is. It's just so much better.
My card was declined 3 times, which left 3 pending holds on my bank account that finally disappeared. I'm not very impressed, I'll stick to Steam.
The thing was that as bad as Vista wasn't, it had a huge stigma of being terrible. Everybody kept hearing about how bad it is, so they wanted to rush the new one out the door as quickly as possible. They did a pretty good job though.
doooo eeet
though depending on how tight you are for money you may just want to get TQ Gold on Steam for $20 instead of risking any bullshit on D2D even if it's only $5 there
I had a scare where someone hijacked my account once but I got that straightened out pretty quickly.
Then I just followed my original plan to re-skill into maxed out battle standard and colossus form and sure enough I could auto-attack him to death.
(I can't beat the centaur boss after the spartan camp.)
hi5 Templars!
what? you suck
Yeah I dunno I'm like level five and I've tried twice but I can't seem to do it he just has sooo much health.
I'm duel wielding cleavers (warrior path)
soooo you might want to, I don't know, respec
I mean, you're dual wielding at level 5? that's not going to boost your dam much and your defense is crap because you're not using a shield
instead you should have put points into onslaught which gives you better damage early on in the game and allows you to use a shield
also you should have lots of potions when you're fighting him and chug them whenever the cd is up
unfortunately the mystic doesn't appear until quite a bit later in the first act so you might just want to start over, but basically you got stonewalled because you didn't think about how you could take him on more effectively
he's tough, but he's not that tough
Oh well
plus you never have the option to respec later on
but I guess if you don't want to think at all about what skills to put your points into, this isn't the game for you
you can't remove points from the mastery itself anyway.
In theory, he could run back and forth at the centaur's leash range while shooting him with a shitty bow, making him run back and forth without hitting him. It would only take several hours to finally get him down, I bet!!
Another way would probably be to just get another level and then put one point in war horn and two in onslaught.
Also, I got my shit ruined by Andariel the first time I played Diablo II because I played a necromancer with nothing but points in summon skeleton (I wanted an army!). She would spray them all down and then I'd only have my melee attack. So it is possible to fail even at diablo, if you're a big ol' dummy.
also Duriel is a crazy motherfucker
never played this before and went with Spirit, hope that was a good choice
Since I just got the expansion, I can't speak from personal experience but I've heard that Spirit is pretty powerful. However I don't know if that applies to starting with Spirit or just taking it later as a second mastery.
spirit is pretty good, but you'll definitely want to get your mastery high enough to get the Lich so he can tank for you and help dish out damage
I'm still only like level 5 :P
for now I'd suggest you pump up your mastery and try to get to the lich as soon as possible, and for now just rely on a good staff for your damage
