I'm having trouble being fully outraged, as I happen to be a fan of all the VAs shown, but I hope the rumors that this was an early take hold true, since those voices were clearly out of sync.

It's just a preview, because right now it also just sounds like people just talking into microphones as opposed to characters talking in an actual space. So I'm sure it'll all be fine once everything is properly mixed.

If I remember correctly it wasn't to be released until 2012 anyways. I remember when it was announced I was happy but then sad to hear it would be the last of the collections to be released.

It was originally meant to be released in September. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered pre-ordering it.

It appears that Silent Hill Downpour may be delayed. Amazon now lists it as May 31, 2012, though no one else can corroborate. If true, both Silent Hill offerings for this Fall are now delayed.

i hadn't seen anything about the PSP Vita Silent Hill game, looks like something different I suppose.

Then again I feel like I know nothing about Downpour either. I mean they've talked about the premise and the soundtrack, but in terms of what they are doing with the game play they have been silent.

I get the sense that there is no vision behind the Silent Hill series which is too bad.

I'm kind of disappointed they didn't try to build on what Shattered Memories did. Hell even Homecoming had some interesting ideas.

Hm, although I really like the old James voice, the new one sounds dead sexy. Is this Mary's debut as directing the voices? That was obviously a peek at the raw sound. It'll sound better in game I think. Silent Hill is my favorite survival horror series, so I hope they can get their act together and make some games that do the brand justice.

I mean you're making movies based on a series where the most acclaimed entry is so well regarded because of it's story telling and you decided to base the movie on another entry with a completely nonsensical plot.

Sexy nurses are just a staple of SH now. Hell, if they made a remake of the original (instead of a reimagining) I'm sure they'd suddenly be sexy.

As for SH3, it had a decent plot. It wasn't amazing, but it worked. That being said, SH2 would definitely be the better one to make a movie of.
