I get on Penny Arcade at about 8:30 because of my job and I always see these bots on the G&T board posting about free games or sneakers.
I usually think I am the exception getting on so early but I mean when are the peak hours? You would think they would wait until everyone got on?

Spammers spam constantly, it's just that there are people around to quickly delete it later in the day.
