I would just like it to be known that I am currently fucking everybody on these forums.
I actually had a dream that I got stung by a bumblebee the other night! I have never been stung by any kind of bee or wasp. I looked away and it didn't hurt, it just went numb, so I guess this means that you were ineffective at sexing me.
So Butler, are you indeed a geneticist?
We out to talk sometime. I am also doing genetics-y things.
Geneticist in training I guess, though I won't even have my bachelor's until next year. I guess I've got a good working knowledge of it if you have any questions.
(sorry about the necro-quote guys, I'm posting from work and it's been bissie)
Hardcore vegans piss me off because they condemn honey because sometimes bees get injured or killed during its extraction.
What.
And while getting all of your nutrients entirely vegan is not impossible it is difficult, and is tantamount to taking a religious oath for all the rigors it demands. Veganism is a statement, and a wildly extremist one at that, and I have an intense dislike of extremism.
Well, Persona 4 (and Persona in general, I guess? This is the first one I've played) has these things called social links
basically you talk to someone enough, form a 'bond' with them, and you get a bonus when you create personas specific to their type
like, Yosuke has a magician social link
so as you become better friends with him, your social link goes up, and when you create a persona of the Magician arcana, they get a bonus to experience so instead of just summoning one that's, say, level 15, instead you'll get one that gains a level or two immediately
and as for clubs, you can join a sports club (soccer or basketball) and a culture club (drama or music)
but from what I can tell, the only difference in those are the people you talk to, since regardless of which one of which type you join, the social links from those enhance the same arcana (so basically if you join the soccer team, the arcana specific to that is still strength like it is in Basketball)
Yeah, I think the choice of clubs just comes down to personal preference
but really, for all I know they may require different skills
also, there are social stats that are requirements for various things in the non-combat parts of the game
like you have to have a high diligence for doing certain jobs, a high courage for doing stuff like asking girls for their number straight up, a high expression for, uh, expressing yourself?
it's a pretty rad game but it does seem a bit overwhelming at times with all the shit to do
Pretty decent, I suppose? They're definitely PS2 graphics, but I dig the actual character art and the style of the game is pretty neat.
Also, the short animated sequences are pretty well done.

this might be a nice game to show my sister. she's a sucker for JRPGs and the like. She actually has Sora from Kingdom Hearts painted on a wall in her room.

maybe if you knew the science
Keep in mind that the intro is like 2-3 hours before you even get to actually play the game
but the battle system is pretty robust (although man, it can be super repetitive) and the social link system seems pretty neat
also don't hate me if you dislike it because it seems like it's a game you either love or hate
Thats still pretty weird.
mori I will blame all the faults of the game on you personally and there's nothing you can do about it
fucking hell, DP
well at least it's not pregnent optimus
Daaaaaaaaaamn yoooooooooou
also you should check out the Persona 4 Endurance Run (which just finished, actually)
It's pretty funny and informative!
what do they give you
like, special attributes, extra dialogue choices
and can you only sign up to one

Dude, Kou is awesome
he loooves them balls
well, that's pretty neat, actually
you want pregnant optimus?
i can go back to pregnant optimus.
Rock Band DLC | GW:OttW - arrcd | WLD - Thortar
this is exactly the reason why everything is so weird with him.
do not go back to pregnent optimus
It's also an easier and less frustrating game than Persona 3.

Literally the only reason I even considered playing Persona 4 is because the endurance run interested me so much
apparently they're remaking Persona 3 on the PSP, though, with the improvements from Persona 4 included.
how're the graphics

I scared Mori half to death with my scream
big gay boss is best boss though
