Quotes from reviews are pretty common on box art and advertising these days. It's great to take something like '...the best...' out of context and put it on a game box to get the general public excited.

Because I like taking pictures, here are some shots from mine, Mario and Sugnar's game last night (as well as my friend ANdydarko and some other guy who may be from here and was pretty cool). It should be mentioned that Mario_G and this other dude were outnumbered, and also for every picture here where I kill him, he did it at least twice over to me:

Until Sugnar ruins our fun and puts Mario down
Anyone else got any decent ones? I've tried to keep the resolution down (that and photobucket resamples them anyway) so as not to fuck over anyone with a slow connection.

also someone in that game was very convinced that uncharted 2 "had already been awarded goty, after the beta"

Huh. This isn't in the beta is it? So I'm guessing this will really be just Horde mode without worrying about anything else? That'll be pretty fun, since I really dig the combat.
How are people finding objective modes? I mainly been sticking to deathmatch since I don't want to bother with mic less people who don't know how to play in teams...is this what you guys are finding?

whoo, just won a super close match on Temple deathmatch standard. 50-49. But 23 of the kills on my team, and only 14 deaths. (1.5K/D ratio isnt bad). 2nd place on my team had 8 kills the enemy team was more blanced though with 16,14,and 13 kills for their top 3. (23,8,7 for mine). I actually thought we were going to loose, but one guy on our team killed the other guy a fraction of a second faster
I pretty much suck at the game (as I do with most multiplayer shooty type games). That said it always goes the same way. I find I'm ok at the start of a games life but I just don't have the time to put in and the population soon get considerably better than me.
For example, I played a sniper match with Willeth the other day (and I was gutted it didn't record as there were some classic moments in it) and I was dreading it. Traditionally in sniper matches, in other games, I'm hopeless but this round I did fairly well, I wasn't just cannon fodder. Give it another month with the game and people will have played it so much that I'll be slaughtered as soon as I move.

Nah, I've had people drop and it's recorded fine. I think it's if it finds a better host. I believe you were hosting that game and it stopped the game 20 seconds in and said "Re-negotiating host" or "optimising host" or something along those lines and then the game started again. I've got the 24 seconds of the first game but not the actual match when we all re-connected.
I probably won't be on tonight. Have to do couply stuff.
