    I've been following his blog for the past year or so, mostly because I'm curious what the process of making a movie is like - It's actually kind of interesting the way he controls media, shuts out bad word of mouth via muting them on message boards and so on.

    The thing that bugs me is that the movie DOES NOT look like it cost 10 mil to make, it looks indy low budget.

    Compare that to 500 days of summer, which was AMAZING, looked Amazing, and left the money up on the screen.

    I read some of the stories on his website and some of them are genuinely funny, though he is a horrible human being

    I've been a fan of derrickcomedy and, sadly, tucker max for a long time. This TuckerMax movie looks like shit. Mystery Team looks pretty good, although I can't find anyone who wants to go see it with me.
