Guitar Pieces

I've been feeling a bit uninspired musically lately and I'm hoping one of you can help me. I play guitar and I'd like to start a learning a new piece of music. It can be from any genre, but I'd prefer if it was at least semi technical/difficult and performable without any crazy effects. The last thing I learned was Jerry C's Cannon Rock, just to give you an idea of what I want. Something like that, a few minutes long, semi technical, nice sounding (doesn't have to be rock/metal). Links to tabs or a video of it would be great to although not required.

I am currently learning this Mike Stern solo:

Good luck finding a tab for it though.

Alternatively, I would suggest learning any Tribal Tech tune. Here's one called "Big Fun"

If you have delay, look up the intro solo to "He-man Woman Hater" by Extreme. The delay makes a fairly easy solo sound insane.

As far as I know the only effect he's using is Reverb.

Edit: And yeah, I'll probably end up posting this in every guitar thread because he was the friggin man.

If you haven't learned Classical Gas by Mason Williams yet I will slap you.

That being said, spanish flamenco type songs are fun. I've lately been perfecting Leyenda by Isaac Albeniz, and Recuerdos de la Alhambra by the same. Be warned though, you need to know how to play in a classical style to take that on, i.e. no pick, long nails on your right hands, with your guitar wedged into your crotch and sight reading actual notation while you play it.

My latest project is Flight of the Bumblebee. That's fucking right. Grow a grizzled manbeard before attempting this.
