Calc 2 Work Problem (Pumping water out of a reservoir)

So yeah, another question for those so inclined here. I'm prepping for an exam, and we have this practice exam. All is going well except for this question, which I thought I had until I looked at the worked out solution....

Basically I have no problems understanding the concepts here, but I think they setup the problem wrong. Isn't it incorrect when they state that the ratio of the radius to the y coordinate is 1:1? The original problem states that the reservoir is 20 feet deep with a diameter of 20 feet, so a 10 foot radius. Using similar triangles this would indicate that the ratio is actually 1:2, or the radius would be y/2 instead of y? Please tell me why I'm wrong....Thanks in advance.

I think you're right. The solution as explained only work if you assume that the reservoir is in fact radius 20 at the top instead of diameter 20. In particular, their graph appears to only show the reservoir as being 10 feet high and filled to 5 feet deep, which is weird. No matter their case, their solution process is correct down to the replacement of a few coefficients.
