Hey guys. My dad got a new laptop, and while I was home for Christmas I thought I'd run Windows Update, and make sure everything's running okay.
Two problems: it keeps wanting to install MSXML 4.0 Security Update (KB92978) over and over again. The update history has it installed like twenty times.
Also, the sound goes out on occasion, and when you click on the volume control, it claims that there's no audio mixer installed. This can be solved by resetting, but it's still a pain.
