Who:

Westernunits.jpg
Western Frontier
Based on America, the most technologically advanced of the six nations. It often finds itself in conflict. It seems to love war, but has its heart in the right place. These guys were the protagonists of the first game, and have every single type of playable unit in the game.

Xylvanianunits.jpg
Xylvania
Based on World War I and II Germany, these guys are evil fuckers. Pale skinned, red eyes, just nasty. They once conquered the world in their previous incarnation, the Iron Legion, but were stopped by the Solar Empire. They were the final threat in the first game.

Tundranunits.jpg
Tundran Territories
Based on Russia, they were the main enemies in the previous game. Their units are rusty and beaten down, with their soldiers dressed in winter gear. They are obsessed with turnips.

Iron Legion
These guys have the smallest amount of vehicles, but what they have are very powerful. What they lack in naval and aerial units they make up for in brute force. Their infantry are vicious, strangely colored freaks.

Solar Empire
Based on Japan, they use plasma weapons and other advanced weaponry. They defeated the Iron Legion the first time around. In BW2, they've been attacked by the Anglo Isles due to their irrational fear and belief of an Imperial superweapon.

Anglo Isles
These guys are brand new to the franchise. They're based on the U.K., usually exclaiming various phrases such as, "Cheeky Blighters!" Every one of their infantry units, except for the Rifle Grunts, have kilts and mustaches.

What:
A real time strategy game for the Nintendo Wii, and it's rather fun. The campaign allows you to play as every army minus Xylvania, but the online Multiplayer gives you the option to play missions with the vampiric freaks. There are three game modes:
Co-Op, which allows you to team up with another player's army against a computer controlled army
Assault, which has you completing objectives against another player's army
Skirmish, my favorite, which has you capturing various bases to increase your army, and you gain points for killing dudes.

Why:
Because I'm bored and need some competition. Also, the infantry are adorable.

    This game is a blast
one of the best games on the Wii, in my opinion
    the cutscenes look nice, too
it's difficult in parts, but it's not completely unfair

    frankly, I love the prologue
it gives you the basics for shooting, moving, and ordering around troops
for most of it, you're invulnerable

I've owned this game since it came out, but I've only got through a bit of it

I dunno, I guess it just sort of bored me a little

maybe I should give it another shot

the multiplayer is a blast if you're fighting someone of a similar skill level
though, you usually end up fighting dudes with hundreds of victories that slaughter you easily
that's why I'm going to set up a friend code list if more people show interest
