Also a friend of mine started writing down all of his dreams whenever he woke up. He started to go insane...you just aren't supposed to remember them. He had to stop.
Forgive the blurry edge here (and general blurriness). This is in a tiny sketchbook given to us by my school's illustration department, and we can't tear out the pages, so I scanned the whole book. We're supposed to draw in it every day, which is dumb, because I generally draw every day in a much nicer, larger sketchbook anyway. But I guess it's the thought that counts. Every once in a while, I'm throwing in some more effort than I would for 70lb 8"x5.5" paper.
I also got a new scanner, because Charis and I placed our old one (which I bought her as a gift about a year ago)on our radiator, which we thought was off. It wasn't, and the scanner melted. I bought a newer, better version of it and I figured I'd test it out. Works pretty good if you ask me.

Straight inks and no guidelines I just used guidelines on the head, and yeah, she's not holding those clapper thingies(whoa, spell check says "thingies" is a word.) correctly. I dunno, i was doodlen.
this is the flat colour for an entry for my friend's site's competition, to draw Maxwell from Scribblenauts with items/mounts/weapons etc from other games. I can't win because I'm staff but I thought it'd be fun

though you didn't completely fill in some of the areas (tail, hand, maybe another place)...they're a little transparent.
seems I also didn't erase some overlapping lines fully ! oops
