I think it's going to be easiest when it comes to rolling if we just make an educated guess at what a roll should be (it's usually pretty clear) and if we fuck up, you can correct us, MSP...?

Probably the best way to keep the game flowing.
Yes, I like this idea. I've been meaning to experiment with giving players more narrative control, and WoD seems like a good system/setting to do it with.
I just had a thought, but isn't this an abandoned hospital? So what's a nurse/doctor doing in it? What check would it be to see if she is a ghost or something like it?
Option 1: We stick with that exact order. We might be slowed down by the fact that we have to wait for everyone to post and everyone's available time might not sync up.
Option 2: You guys can act in any order. Once you've taken your action, you need to wait until everyone else goes. Then the monster goes. Then we go back to you acting in whatever order you post, then back to the monsters, and so on. The advantage here is that it'll probably speed things up.
I'm cool with plan B. I work at night (when most of ya'll are on) so I don't want you waiting for me. Also, it should say down not drop. I got Call of Duty in the background and I was typing when someone said drop.

I would say Wits + Occultism.

Either's fine by me, though the first might be less confusing as far as crossed wires go.
Robert, Eleanor, and Quinn are in there with the monster.
Than, I'm running on far too little sleep. Can you point out where I said Quinn can't attack it? I'm reading, but I'm not seeing it. It's quite possible that I may have spoken unclearly or something.
Sorry, I can't post today. I've been AFK and now I'm going to work until 8am EST, so anyone feel free to shot at the monsters since Quinn pretty much killed any sort of negotiations with the creatures.

Quinn entered into aggressive negotiations.
If they were displeased with his opening offer, they're free to make a counter offer.
Wait. Does this mean that in the process of sneaking behind the monster that Quinn destroyed I have placed myself as far away from the monsters as possible?
How convenient.
Thanatos you SOB I was going to make that one-liner!
EDIT:Haven't heard from spacepope in a while. The Curse strikes again!
Also, spacepope, can we get a rough map of some sort, or at least some sort of relative positioning of where everyone is in relation to each other and in relation to the monsters?
1. I am, indeed, still here. It's been a long week (still getting longer), but I've been keeping an eye on the thread. I should've gently pushed when it was someone's turn, but I've been passing out right after dinner for the past couple of nights.
2. I'm giving the ACT test tomorrow. When I get back, I'll toss some sort of crude map up.
3. We're still alive. I've just been busy and haven't seen the IC updated in a few days and I knew someone else was up. Alas, laziness and fatigue took the better of me.
You don't have to say anything about 16 hour workdays. When I get deployed, we work 16 hours/6 days a week, for 4 months. In the desert. Wearing ABU's. (Google them.)
I thought Gerald jumped over something a was behind the body of the creature that Quinn killed. So Gerald would be in G1 or G2 below, imo. I was thinking that it was one room with fake drywall in between.

Update incoming tonight.
Murphy's Law=Erich Zahn.
When it comes to initiative, do you want to strictly follow the numbers that you roll, or do you want to keep it relative?
Here's what I mean. This is what we're looking at now.

Also, I went ahead and rolled Initiative for Benjamin.
Initiative (1d10+6=10)
I may have boned something up. The creature's at short range. Doesn't that mean Quinn can shoot it?

EDIT: Okay, good, I'm not going insane.
I mean, I'll re-roll if you want me to, but I'll cry like a little girl.
I'll be updating a bit later with monster health info and its action (if it's still alive, I need to crunch that).
If they were displeased with his opening offer, they're free to make a counter offer.

Have you been reading the thread?

Finally, 16 hour straight workdays are the devil.
10 - Benjamin
07 - Casimir
If by tomorrow night, neither have updated, we'll skip 'em and go straight to the creatures, then begin back at the start of initiative.
The creature near Robert (Creature #2) has taken 4 X's worth of damage.
Here's an extremely crude map of how things look:
The green lines are the "hallways." I think Gerald is in the same room as Casimir and Ben now, but I'm not totally sure.
