Most the homeless seem to have no concerns of not being homeless, i fail to see why i should help most of them.
Now the sane ones that are just down on their luck, that's something i can get behind, but the crazy guy screaming about ufos in his teeth or something. man, what a money sink.

I'm Chinese. Although never lived there for too long, seeing as I was born in London and moved here to Australia before I was one year old. Still visit Hong Kong to see most of my immediate family though.
it's not like medical treatment up here is so damned expensive they get kicked into the streets. Most of them are there because they don't want treatment and have refused it for whatever reason and we can't force them.

I saw a homeless guy in toronto walk up to a guy and accuse him of stealing his shit (i just saw the guy walk off the subway, so i kinda doubt he did it) and then proceed to attack him to try to reclaim his things.
