I just quit my job because I hate it so now I'm looking again. It feels good. I've been off for a week and am now looking for a new job that doesn't suck.

I got my MPA in May as well and I'm having the same issues. The one position I had a shot in, the town laid off like 25 people so hiring a recently graduated female former intern would not have looked good.
As my school requires it I'm interning for a city in the computational department without pay.
I'm basically doing work for free.
And then they barely have any work for me so I spend 7 hours or so a day surfing these forums and chatting with some friends waiting for some job to appear.

fuck it, here's my resume, which i'm in the middle of overhauling, hence the dropoff near the end

I been thinking about getting a job, all my summer construction pay was spent as if a drunken sailor had hold of my debit card.
Now that I'm not drinking, and thus could care less about my weekend nights, I think a bar gig Thurs - Sat. night would work pretty well. Doorman or barbacking.
