South Park Let's Go Tower Defense Play!
OK week I guess.
Fallen Earth on PC.
Operation Flashpoint on various systems and PC.
A bunch of Basketball games out to compete with each other.
Afrika and Demon's Souls on PS3.
Wii Fit Plus comes out.
That Star Wars game comes out on everything.
Lucidity is a lucasarts game that looks really good too.

Alpha Protocol.
I'm kind of surprised the Clone Wars game is coming to PC, and with achievements? I played the demo on PS3, it didn't seem horrible.
So far the only thing I know I'm going to get this week is Demon's Souls. I hope that I'm able to overcome the potential frustration hurdles and enjoy the game, as I feel like it could go either way for me.

Haha yeah, fair enough. Thanks again for all the work on these threads!
Lucidity is sort of a puzzle platformer thing, with a neat art style. It feels like something they might have made in their heyday in the nineties. Here's a trailer:

A Saw video game.
That's terrible.
Steam
Really?
Actually, I still probably wouldn't, because despite him being in the first film I still haven't seen that.
Steam
It should be. The initial announcement on GT was for XBLA, then they re-confirmed it for the PC
I would only play a saw game if you were playing as Jigsaw.
I assume that isn't the case in this game, though.
Oh, god damnit.
I'll have to listen to that now, won't I.
Anyone heard reviews on the Saw game? I am morbidly curious.
Who am I kidding, all it would take for me to buy it is a line in there where Tobin Bell says "We're going to play a little video game."

I'm pretty keen on importing Afrika alongside the GoW Collection (when it comes out) though. Who knows if either will ever get a PAL release so screw it, region free away!
Electronic composer for hire.
Yeah, it's an action/puzzle-ish game instead.
Which is too bad, really. I can imagine a fantastic game where you have to create puzzles to trap people, and then you get to watch them try to escape. Sort of Evil Genius/Dungeon Keeper meets Incredible Machine with the creepiness factor turned up to 10.
I glanced at the guide in Gamestop. Generic action game with some puzzle solving here and there.
And an obscene amount of violence.
And did a pretty good job of it.
I'm sure Afrika has Trophies, right?
So I wonder if I stick my imported Asian copy of Hakuna Matata in, if there'll be a Trophy patch.
Hmm...
The answer to this question is "No. No there is not."
This reads like some kind of twisted innuendo.
I took the dive and bought it right off the bat without honestly knowing anything about it. Im happy with it though. And in the beginning itll seem like youre plowing right through the game because you get achievement after achievement after achivement so damn fast but it cools down. I havent beat it obviously but have played for around...hour and a half. Liking it so far. Only complain is that the puzzles are...pretty easy. Or maybe it was just having 5 people in the room shout shit for me to try but. They werent really even puzzles more like find a fuse and stick it in the box. Whatever. I honestly still love this game.
I decided to take the plunge, and I like it too! It has a great adventure game feel to it. The puzzles feel like Saw scenarios and hearing Tobin Bell describe all of them is just as enjoyable as it was watching the first movie.

I believe the creators of the first movie actually had a hand in the game...which is pretty neat.

Also I had to listen to ToTo right now too.
Oh nice that's a good surprise.
GET IT GET IT NOW i got it yesterday and it's awwweeessoooommmmeeeee
(assuming you can find a copy, alot of people seem to have a hard time getting their hands on one)
