It was like her third DUI, so she's going up for a long time. I guess she cried and begged and apologized at the trial, but the judge wasn't having it because she fucking killed him.

I was somewhere around fifteen when I tried to use Icy Hot as a masturbatory lubricant. It felt really, really good for about six seconds, and then the fire of a thousand suns wrapped itself around my penis with no plans on letting go. On a side note, I am uncircumcised, so the head of my penis is relatively sensitive, so this only made it worse.
The kicker is, I was living in the guest room at a friend's house at the time, and everyone was home, and it was really late, so they were sleeping. As a result of this, I couldn't even scream for fear of waking them up. After frantically blowing on my penis for a while I ran into the bathroom, but didn't want to put water in the tub, again in fear of waking someone up, so I had to awkwardly sort of lay on the counter with my dick in the sink while the faucet gave cold water for the better part of an hour before the pain subsided enough to allow me to go back to my room, my shriveled, painful, reddened cock wrapped in a washcloth soaked in cold water.
One of the worst decisions I have ever made in my entire life.

I'll say it again, anyone who thinks it's okay to drive drunk deserves to wrap their car around a tree in the middle of an empty field with no one around and then bleed out.
I just want to say that you guys are awesome, and I am sure that he would have been happy if he would have been able to read this.
For anyone who is interested in hearing, I forgot to mention that as far as I know he was an organ donor, but I don't know if that actually happened and I'm really not sure how to go about asking his parents.
...And I know of a couple of states that make it so that if anyone dies due to drunk driving, the punishment is the same as murder.
Nothing would thrill me more than if some fuckwad whose drunken antics killed a carfull of people got the fucking chair.
Make some people think twice.
not it wouldn't
because they totally can control their actions while drunk unlike anyone else
it couldn't happen to them
This is the thing; the whole "oh it won't happen to me" mentality is the wrong mentality to have. No shit it won't happen to them, statistics are on their side; drunk drivers survive collisions. It's not about something happening to them, it's about something happening to other innocent people - dying.
I can't believe the bitch cried at her trial. "Waah I'm a fucking idiot waaah." Her third DUI too. Because two weren't enough to perma-ban her from the road. Jesus jumped-up Christ.

Jesus jumped christ would make an interesting religious concept that I would be likely to subscribe to.

I know for a fact my father has had to restrain himself from doing just that at a few sentencing hearings in the past.
Odin?
Well, he is full-blood Norwegian.
On a sidenote, I am going to miss Ein, even though we didn't really interact all that much before he went off the grid. All things considered, dude was a pretty good guy.

I've heard of people arrested on their 5th or higher DUI. The issue is that people who don't think drunk driving is a big deal also don't care if you need a license to drive and that driving on a suspended or revoked one is against the law.

Yes but you think the fact that she fucking killed a guy should've sunk it into her head a little that she probably should fucking stop drinking or driving or living outside of fucking prison.

We had something like this in Boston last month. The guy was standing on the side of the road putting his toddler into his safety seat in broad daylight when a woman who was high as hell on prescription drugs ran him down then continued driving for several blocks until a couple of cars behind her forced her car into a curb and stopped her. She cried and apologized at her arraignment and her family talked about what a nice lady she is. People are fucking terrible.
Added: In a lot of states something like this is considered manslaughter and the driver does 5 years for killing someone.
This sucks. I remember he was in Eugene at the same I was. I never had a chance to meet up with him because I was always too busy with school. He seemed like a funny dude.
My condolences to his family and friends.
also while drunk driving is obviously indefensible, i don't understand why people are latching so hard onto drunk drivers feeling bad for killing a person? what would you prefer they do in the aftermath?

A friend of mine had her grandmother killed by a teenage driver who had only just had his license returned. Dark night, wet country road, guy was doing near 100km/h at impact on the wrong side of the road. Turns out he had been disqualified twice previously for dangerous driving and excessive speed. Had almost $20,000 in fines and speeding tickets and impound fees.
Because he was a minor, he got no jail sentence, but was levelled a hefty fine and a few thousand in damages to my friends family. Which he promptly didn't pay.
When he went to court about that, he pointed out he owed tens of thousands of dollars in debt to the state, and was only earning part time work money. The state agreed, so forgave his $20,000 debt.
So the guy basically earned money for killing my friends grandmother. She was less than pleased.
It's because they cry and say they're sorry and we hear all the sob stories about how they're life is so hard and it's totally not their fault that they've driven drunk 3 times and just happened to kill someone finally. And then their attorney goes on about how punishing their client harshly won't bring the person back and how their client needs their license to get to work and by time it's over you want to shot them both.
My little sister's friend and ex was 19 when he was on his way home in the middle of the day when some idiot trashed out of his mind crossed the double line and hit him head on. Craig was on a motorcycle and was killed instantly, less than a mile from his house. I don't care if the guy who did it is sad he killed him. He can rot in hell and drown in his crocodile tears for all I care.

i think for drunk drivers they could replace the gavel with an icepick
icepick railgun?
A rail gun that shoots gavels that explode into hundreds of tiny ice picks.

very much

Not...really
That is the nature of this particular beast, they are unable to think twice.
True but at least it would get rid of them and insure they never drive drunk again.

That seems an awful lot in the first place.

Could be, you have 4 downs to clean up your act and if you don't you have to change sides and become the person who judges others
