There were actually a lot more people in the limo and the driver said it was cool as long as I didn't tell anyone so this is me doing that.
L to R Me, Machall Boyd, Doc Hastings, Cape Breton, The Baron, MereDUHth Granulator, Tallahassee Econolodge, Emily Softerworld, Paperklip, Ferocious J. Not shown: half a dozen other special friends.
I am usually pretty good at knowing about things quick, but that song totally flew in under my radar. This is a good thing because (a) the original version is kind of boring sounding (the remix is much better sounding, download here), and (b) the first time I heard it was in the back of a limo in San Francisco with a bunch of my favorite people.
Not to say that the rest of APE wasn't a fantastic, but there are some moments that you want to burn into your memory harder than others, despite the Knob Creek's strong pull in some other direction. This was the last real "convention" of 2009, and we're already planning for next year. More stuff, different places, different stuff, more friends.
It's fixin' to get bananas down at TopatoCo this week, I tell you what. Hang in there, little buttcat.

... until now i thought this talk about poster genre meant posters you put on the wall type of posters. I thought you all were originally talking about putting goatmon into some movie poster or something.
i thought a white noise poster was the movie posters that don't really say what movie they're advertising, usually with one obscure item and a release date.

then after L|ama's comment about white noise in relation to blue collar, i thought blue collar was like the wwii posters and thus thought white noise were the more recent versions of them
A minor infraction is 2 points, which expire in a month. A major infraction is 3 points, which expire in two months. Spamming and alt infractions are 8 points, I don't know when those expire, because it doesn't matter.
Warnings are the same as whatever infraction they accompany, only they don't come with any points (but they do appear on your profile, and on the screen that pops up whenever we infract people).
At least 3 points is jailed (for as long as you have at least 3 points), 6 points is a two-week ban, and 8 points is a perma-ban.
Infraction expiration dates stack. So, if you get two minor infractions, the second one isn't going to expire until one month after the first one does, even if you get them hours apart.
