DA is fine, it holds a wide gamut of artists from the rookie artist to the pro. Don't diss on the rookies, we all started at the same crappy level. Those kids don't deserve our hate, but rather our encouragement.

My favorite digital artist of all time is on DA. Pascal Blanche. This guy is doing things with color like no one since Corben.

I think I should go on Deviant Art. After all, it appeals to all of aspects of my character, both the artful and deviant. It's pretty much a no brainer, right?

I stopped updating my deviantart account after I realized I would get like 10 hits on a new piece of work before it fell off the front page and my profile sank back into obscurity.

Some of the work on there is almost 3 years old and my page has 5500 visits.

Bear, do you like Godspeed you! Black Emperor or A Silver Mt. Zion ?

We may have to talk if you don't.

Yes, but that's a lot different.

Actually, A Silver Mt. Zion doesn't really impress me as much as Godspeed!, but I haven't heard either of them in quite awhile, so maybe my opinion's changed my now.

A Silver Mt. Zion's gotten really good in the last few years. They're much more cohesive with that they're doing- much less ambient sounds and more well written music. Here's a damn good live performance if you're interested http://www.archive.org/details/asmz2008-11-01.4060.flac (should be a media player on the right so you don't actually have to dl the files)

Silver Mt. Zion is alright. Very very melodramatic, but it's good depressing music. Lighting Paw is the best album and has the eeriest tunes, especially the last track. One of only two songs that ever made me wonder about drugs. The other being Velvet Underground's "Heroin".

We create a fake person and post absurdly large breasted women to see if it gets hits.

if waka did it, yes it would.

they probably already have shitty versions of that all over the place.

The next PA Activity thread should just be "Make Fan art that would be popular on DA" then we make a collective profile to post all the work. Then when its getting super popular, Get all our profiles linked on the page for traffic. It'd be a whoring extravaganza.

In this interpretation, someone used the dragonballs to wish for big boobs.

In this interpretation, Naruto used Ninja magic to make big boobs.

In this interpretation, Faye Valentine is completely unchanged.

In this interpretation, Legato gives people big boobs instead of mind controlling them.

In this interpretation, the Gundams are built with big boob rockets.

In this interpretation, Ed broke Alchemy's greatest taboo by making small boobs.
