Grab Music from Ipod Touch

I recently did a reformat of my windows xp laptop because of some blue screens of death and was unable to backup my music library. I have all my music on my ipod touch. What is the best and easiest way to transfer that music back into Itunes or simply rip off the song files to put on my hard drive again.

I know older ipods allowed themselves to be treated as hard drives and you can move the files around but my Ipod touch does not have the same functionality.

Ephpod worked well for me. I understand why Apple doesn't allow this in iTunes, but that doesn't mean I agree with it.
