Planning a vacation down south for Christmas and I need advice

Hello!
I've been tasked with researching a trip to the Caribbean for this Christmas. Yes, I know it's the most expensive time of year, but it's the only time my family can go.
First, I'm looking for a good rental site for places in Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Barbados. Although we're leaning towards renting, if you know of a good resort in those areas, please let me know. We're looking to spend somewhere in the range of 3-5k per person per week.
Also, if you have recommendations on good dive spots, those would also appreciated.
