And fuck those specs. I'll never get it to run on my shitty PC! That and I moved the PC to the front room making it next to impossible to play anything on it. DARN IT!
Those aren't official, gearbox has stated that it will run on a variety of machines.
I should've clariffied, my PC makes the cuts when it comes to those specs. The weird thing is that it doesn't actually run stuff it's supposed to despite multiple rreboots, OS re-installs and driver replacements. It ran STALKER but struggled like mad on Oblivion. Seriously.

Should probably make some kind of list in the OP of people wanting more for a 4pack. Would probably have to be updated often enough to be painful, but it'd certainly be helpful.
I'll be on this evening and I'm looking for a group to co-op kill stuff with. Got a lvl 11 soldier and going to start a brick most likely. GTs in the signature
I have 2 extra copies left from the Borderlands 4-pack. PM me ASAP if you're interested. Also please be sure to add me to your Steam friends list (sig). Unfortunately I will not be able to get back to you until after 8:00PM GMT.
:EDIT:
Sorry. Both copies have been claimed. Thank you.

Okay I am lazy so this is how we are going to do it, just keep quoting this tree. It will be a bit messy, but eh. :P
PM these people if you are interested in getting in on a Steam 4-pack!
I'm praying to at least three different gods that BL is waiting in my mailbox when I get home, but I won't get my hopes up (yes I will).
And disappointment sets in...I almost turned around and bought it for 360 but resisted temptation. Fuck this PC nonsense...
I'm in the same boat. I drive by a local GS on the way home from work every night. I keep reminding myself that I already bought the PC version and can't afford the 360 version as well. Stupid delays.
I gotta stop reading this thread, because tales of awesome guns is threatening my resolve.

First time I've preordered a game via Amazon.com... I won't be making that mistake again.
I'm just waiting for it to arrive via Gamefly. Unless they guarantee same day delivery or if it was a rare game I wouldn't order online in general unless there was a sweet deal.

So for the future any go gamer potential buyers they will not ship a game in advance of release but on release, a small quibble but it means you get the game later than your bros.

Can anyone tell me what the multipliers on the bottom right of weapon stats mean?
For example, I have a gun that does shock damage - a little lightning bolt with a "x3" is displayed on the bottom right side. I have no clue what this means.

I think that means the normal lightning damage x3 will be its ticks.

Repair kit in Sledge's Hideout. Where it be? Behind that locked door?
Look above its on a rafter on the second floor not far from the robot himself (I believe there is a little subsection next to a save station thats close to where the kit is).

So the general consensus is that this game really IS fuckawesome? Because if it's not, then it would make my choice between this and Dragon Age that much easier.

Super fuckawesome, though it and dragon age are different levels of rpg. This is a flaming midget being gunned down by a shotgun that fires acid.
Dragons age is a tactical rpg in which you assume the role of Lord Hoighty toighty as he takes on the evil unknown!
*Note I also have a preorder for dragons age.

I have a preorder for this, Dragon Age, *and* Left4 Dead 2.
It's going to be a busy next few months.
Thankfully, I literally JUST cleared off the last major thing on my plate. That being Last Remnant, clocking in at over 230 hours on my first playthrough to almost full completion (killed all DLC bosses, hard version of final boss, just didn't bother to finish out some of the nitpicky/grindy guild collection type quests).

I'm sure I am going to love the hell out of this game.
But Dragon Age has been called the RPG of the decade.
Its the next BG.
Based on that information, I think the choice is easy - either you like RPGs, in which case by default you must own Dragon Age, or you kinda like RPGs but love FPS hybrids, in which case you buy [strike]Dragon Age[/strike] Borderlands
In an effort to not break my wallet, I must choose between this and MOD2. This is not a fun decision.
You know I'm seriously considering canceling my other preorders for cod mw2 I don't think I have time for 2 fps games and honestly do I really need to play through cod right away?

This is the first time in a long time where I've played a game and lost track of time because I was having so much fun. Even Uncharted 2 made me put the controller down at points.
Enjoying the soldier class, some of the missions feel like something out of an MMO, actually it reminds me of Hellgate London, only not bogged down with bullshit. I'm honestly glad GearBox steered away from Brothers in Arms for a bit to make this.
Only complaint is it starts off slow and there are a few moments where AI got stuck and I could just pick them off with little to no problem.
