Quick question about using form fields in Word and then converting to PDF.
I've noticed that when I place form fields in Word and then convert to PDF many times automatic form field recognition in Adobe Acrobat won't recognize the form fields from Word. Is this a common problem? I have a 13 page document that will contain check boxes and text fields. I'd like to place the form fields in Word and but have them exist in the PDF version of the document as well.
Probably better to add the fields afterwords (haha, get it, after -Word-s, ahahaa...nevermind.).
pretty much everything available seems to say that you export your form, then set up the fields in acrobat. And generally, Word seems to not play well with others, especially when exporting to another product.
