So the question of what happens with Agents of Atlas gets answered: another vs. mini, plus Bob gets a mini. I like that they're trying to raise the Agents' profiles, hopefully in anticipation of a third series that will finally get the respect it deserves.
So the newly added issue 6 of Reborn, which is supposed to be the last issue, comes out in January but the epilogue issue comes out in December? Maybe the "Who gets the Shield" issue isn't an epilogue?

It's becoming a backup feature in Herc too, isn't it?
AoA is a backup in Herc at least until the Olympus group storyline finishes playing out. I somehow think the agents will have something to do with the World War Hulks event.
That cover is a nice one drawn but it's drawn by the Dodsons, not Land.
The SWORD #3 cover gets my highest rating ever though, 7 out of 10.
Can there be a rule where you don't shit on Land in every thread? It's getting pretty tiresome to read.
Anyways, I love the cover to the Dark X-Men #3. I always think it's silly when Mystique wear's a goddamn dress when she's kicking ass, so I hope she sticks with it!

How is that shitting on Land? In the solicit it says Pencils and Cover by Greg Land, but it's clearly the Dodsons doing art for the cover.
If Jubilee gets her powers back it kind of negates the whole impact M-Day - in a meta sense. So far we've had Ice Man, Magneto, Polaris and a few others get their powers back. It's kind of hard, as a reader, to be invested in that plot point when writers can just decide to give powers back to people.
That being said, it's just a cover. Also, I don't really care that much either way.

He actually revealed that he was working on projects featuring the various Agents during his interview at War Rocket Ajax. Which, by the way, is a pretty great podcast. Colleen Coover has a pretty great interview on there too. Parker also states that two things he wants to see disappear from comics are rape and death-driven stories, forever cementing him as my number one man-crush in comics.
Sorry, I may have phrased that poorly. He wants rape to disappear from comics, and he wants death-driven stories to disappear from comics. Or at least superhero comics.

That whole storyline with Hope is probably going to end up changing the mutant status quo again anyway, so I wouldn't be too aggravated about Jubilee.

And that's probably coming in February or March, correct? Once Nation X and Necrosha end.

Ms. Marvel vs...Captain Marvel? What is behind the latest shocking twist in the life of Carol Danvers? It all leads to next month's huge 50th issue!
32 PGS./Rated T+ ...$2.99
I am cautiously optimistic about being cautiously optimistic.
For the X-men...
Well, SWORD and Wolverine Weapon X look alright. Other than that, not very much.
Also: why are so many terrible concepts and characters from the mid 90's coming back in full force right now?

She should always be naked like in Wolverine: Get Mystique! As a shapeshifter that creates clothing, she's always naked, but being mroe naked makes everything better.

Of course it's Slott bringing back people from the dead, the dude needs to chill out with that (and killing people).

I was just coming here to post this.
Like, exactly this, word for word.
HOPEFULLY, since the writers are just listed in alphabetical order (assuming Fish and Barber worked together), he won't ruin it for us.
I hope not. If anything, I'll just ignore the stilted dialogue and look at the pretty pictures of (hopefully) Jubilee getting her powers back and shooting pure awesome everywhere.

Not that i'm complaining, i love deadpool.
IMHO, they're over exposing Deadpool. They REALLY want him to be movie-fied...

And dang it, you made me notice that I posted a tiny picture of the Mystique cover.

She is so getting her powers back.
Are you talking about the super-strength gauntlets or the heavily padded bra?

Both. :winky:

Because it's awesome?
Also? Bravo for Brian Reed getting Ms. Marvel to issue 50. That's really kind of a feat and a half.

Also, they took a pretty nice route with the covers for ASM #617.
Let's Play Final Fantasy 'II' (Ch10 - 5/17/10)
Too bad it's the wrong Rhino coming! :rotate:
I'm not sure I dig the pure white background. I think I might have preferred it if it was grey or something.
