I'm not sure how, but I managed to pick up some malware today browsing the forums (or more likly some link I clicked.) It is called antivirus system PRO, and a quick google tells me to use Malwarebytes to get rid of it.
I installed Malwarebytes and when I tried to run it I get a run-time error '0' and Run-time error '440'
I plan on nuking this thing from orbit, but as this is a work computer I would love to get some stuff off of this thing first.
Thanks for any help.

You forgot to pose a question as far as I can tell...
I've recently wiped this same virus off of my grandma's and my uncle's computer with a quickscan of Malware bytes. It was quick and easy, so I wouldn't reccomend a complete reformat of the drive.
If you're getting errors in the program you should re-download and/or re-install it.
So I can't boot in safe mode, I get the blue screen, I unimstalld avast to see if it was interfering with MB. Then I reinstalled MB to a different folder, still no luck. I failed to mention that I also can't get either browser to load a web page. I guess my next step is to try some other malware programs from a flash drive.
Well thanks for the help, I will bump this tomorrow if that doesn't work.
Restart, hit F8, choose to boot in safe mode. Starts to load windows, get a blue screen, says something to the effect of: window has closed to stop possible damage, if this is you first time seeing this screen restart, if not uninstall any new software/ hardware or you may have a virus. Then a string of numbers.
I tried three times to boot in safe mode got it every time.
Yeah, I remember that one. Sometimes, if you try safe mode and get that error, it will work if you try regular boot again, and as soon as you get to your login prompt, immediately shut down instead of logging in, and try safe mode again. I don't know why, but that has worked for me on several occasions.

Do you have anti-virus software already? It could be conflicting.
