I've been having the same issues with Amazon. Ordered the bundle with controller a couple of weeks ago and its still sat "Dispatching soon". Called them and had a good moan, whats the point in pre-ordering if they'll not post it till after release date? Even the woman i talked to cant cancel it at this stage or I'd just go pick up a copy from town
Hopefully if they get it sent today first class will get it here tomorrow for a weekend of constant play

I ordered CC bundle the 15th of april..
Now its up for tracking on UPS and it says arrival the 26th, so Im going to contact Amazon now, as they garanteed I would have the game the 23rd.
Also, it does blow, as I was hopping to have it this weekend, to play some.. =(
For those having trouble with capturing, and if you dont't want to use the Bone armor set, don't forget that Perceive jewels can do the trick. At +2 per jewel, you only need 5 to activate, so any set with at least 1 open slot per piece will suffice. The only problem is you'll need about 10 giggi stingers total....
Also, the prance gesture might be Capcom's greatest addition to the series. Try it. Runner up goes to the taunt gesture.
I don't really know much about the game despite my attempts to educate myself in the past few days, my interest is almost entirely due to the multiplayer (I'm such a whore for co-op). However I won't be picking up Wii Speak and using a keyboard would be a bit awkward. The EU player list is also a bit spartan looking, what's the experience like playing with strangers? I also have a crazy backlog of 360 games and not enough time to play them, with a couple more purchases lined up in the near future. It'd be nice to try something a bit different though...
I'm going to head out for my lunch soon and swing by the game store, see what I think when I get there.

I did the shroom hunt last night, and for the life of me I couldn't get the ants to eat any mushrooms, so I wasn't able to do the ripe shroom sub quest. I did get all the unique and the one other mushroom I needed.

Got on last night, probably a little early and no one was really on except for the full city so I ended up running around and gathering materials for potions and such. Ended up the night getting frustrated as I went to do the Goldfish quest and couldn't catch the last one in time. I suck at catching Goldenfish they fake me out everytime.
I turned off the game in disgust.
But I had fun overall.

Can't wait to get home and start slaying beasties. I heard that you have the option to change the controls to that of the PSP, having logged many hours on the PSP versions I would like to continue with it - can anyone confirm this?

... Having an HDTV makes the game look really blurry. Which is a real shame, but I can live through it. It's just a little disappointing.
